I try to give my customers a great experience on eBay. I try to be as honest as possible in my listings in give the best detail as possible. If you look over the auctions that try to explain everything in great detail. I am sad to say, I have policies I need to set, when you give some people an inch, they take a mile. I am a very fair person, be fair to me and I'll be fair with you.
If your bidding and have 0 or 50% negative feedback, I have the right and will cancel your bid unless you contact me before you bid.
Payment:
Payments are expected within 10 days, if you need more time for some reason, you must contact me.
I accept personal checks, Money order and Paypal (Paypal will not be accepted on all auctions, it must be listed)
Paypal and Personal checks will be held till they clear.
Money Orders will ship right away
Packing / Shipping:
I only ship in the US, If your bidding and your out of the US, I need to be contacted 1st and understand that any set shipping charges will be different.
I usually ship on the Thursday or Friday (I try to group packages to make only one trip a week)
Items are packed the best I can, most cases with bubble wrap, Popcorn and (or) newspaper.
All shipping is done via USPS or UPS Ground, if you prefer someone else, I will add in a small charge, because I have to take a trip to another location to drop it off. If you want something next or 2nd day, it can be arranged.
Tracking and insurance is included in the shipping price for all auctions, unless noted.
Warranty / Returns:
If there is returns for any reason (each auction will show if returnable), buyer pays for shipping both ways. If I sold something with free shipping, you will have to pay the shipping cost if you return it, if found non-defective, you will have to pay for return shipping.
If something is sold as "AS-IS" it is sold as it is shown, There is No returns for any reason.
If something is sold as "DOA return" it's for electronic items in most cases and it's for a 48 hour return for DOA only (from the time of receiving it), meaning, if it does not power up or turn on, you can return it (you must contact me with in 48 hours). It's not a return for it's shape, if there is a little dent you didn't like, that's not part of the warranty. If you return the item and I find it working, you will have to pay for return shipping back to you. This warranty will be only for trackable shipping.
